These folks will be the face of whatever emergency you’ve left.

Power bars heavy in calories but tasty.
Water.
Asprin.
Ace bandages.
Duct tape.
Flashlight or headlamp.
Thank you note.

Keep in mind these men and women spend days on the line. Sleep minimally while spending most their time fighting in full gear in extreme conditions.

Fighting for property and people they don’t know. May never meet.
